TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOAT RENTAL
1. Introduction Welcome to our boat rental service in Capri. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between Coast To Coast - Capri Boat Tours by Ferdinando Lentino and the customer.
2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations can be made online through our website or directly at our office.
- Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash at our office.
- For direct bookings, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before boarding.
- The direct payment service is provided by SumUp.
- For online bookings, you can pay the full rental amount by credit card or settle the entire amount during the rental with cash or credit card.
- The online payment service is provided by PayPal Inc.
- A receipt or invoice can be requested at the time of payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 1 day in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 1 day before the rental date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total amount.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date.
- In case of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure causes, the company reserves the right to cancel the rental, offering a full refund or a new date.
4. Service Conditions
- The rental includes the boat, safety equipment, and the services specified at the time of booking.
- Fuel is included in the rental price unless otherwise specified.
- The rental duration is specified at the time of booking and must be respected.
- Exceeding the maximum number of passengers indicated for each boat is prohibited.
5. Liability and Insurance
- The company provides basic insurance coverage included in the rental.
- The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the boat or third parties during the rental period.
- The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the rental.
6. Customer Rights and Duties
- The customer must comply with local navigation regulations and the instructions provided by the company.
- Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- The captain is responsible for their own safety and that of the passengers on board.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- The personal data provided by customers will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
- Any disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.
